Our series of blogs for National Work Life Week continue with Gino, our Mission Controller for the Bridgwater Space Program;

“I try to separate work from my home life.  At weekends I spend time with my daughter and I switch off.

It can be tricky at times; we make a commitment to our customers.  I’ve previously met customers at the site on a Saturday if they can’t do any other time.

I find spending time with my 12 year old daughter helps – I act like a child myself!!

I’ve learnt from experience to keep a good balance.”
