How much does self storage cost in Cardiff?
One all-inclusive price covers everything at Cardiff Bay: 24 hour access, CCTV monitoring, a high security padlock and insurance for up to £25,000 of goods. Nothing is added on afterwards. Call Eleias on 02921 900355 and she’ll give you the current rates.
What size storage unit do I need?
We have 10ft units, which hold about as much as a Luton van or half a garage, and 20ft units, which match an average garage or a 7.5 tonne lorry. Our container size guide gives you a steer, and if you need power in your unit for lighting or tools, ask about our powered units when you call.
Can I get to my unit whenever I want?
Any time you like. You’ll have a unique access code that works day or night, and since all our Cardiff units are at ground level on Viking Place you can park right outside and load straight from your vehicle.
Is my stuff insured while it's in storage?
Yes. Up to £25,000 of cover is built into the price, covering business stock as well as household belongings. Our compound is CCTV-monitored and every unit is fitted with a high security padlock as standard.
How long do I have to rent a unit for?
The minimum is two weeks, so short jobs and long-term storage both work, and you’re free to change size as your needs change. New customers get three months at half price with promo code SPACE3 when they book.
Can you take deliveries for me?
We can. Our Secure Sign & Store service means we’ll accept your deliveries, store them safely in your unit and let you pick them up whenever works for you — no more waiting in for a delivery slot.
