“A good work/life balance is important. Sometimes, this can feel a little tricky, especially when the site is full and there’s less to do.
My private life is hugely important to me. I volunteer at a special school on Saturdays, when the pupils come in to feed the animals and take part in activities.
My family get involved with my work. My wife came in and decorated our ‘space man’ in the office for Halloween. My younger grandchildren think I’m an astronaut!”
